As the Founder and CEO of Zcientia Labs, I am at the forefront of revolutionizing the approach to tackling unemployability in India. My academic journey, with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester, UK, laid the foundation for my expansive career. My professional path has been enriched with diverse experiences across sales, marketing, operations, and business development, gained through my tenure at global giants like Mercedes Benz, India, and Mitsubishi Fuso, Japan.

My professional ethos is deeply rooted in leveraging advanced technologies such as Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Workflow Automation to transform business practices and achieve remarkable results. My work in emerging technologies, including Electric Vehicles (trucks), Vehicle Telematics, and 3D Printing, underscores my commitment to innovation.

At the heart of my current endeavor is Zcientia Labs, under which we operate pivotal brands: Skill At Will – a courses/training marketplace and Zcientia – a consulting and recruitment firm. Through these initiatives, we are focused on equipping the youth with the necessary skills to excel in a rapidly changing job landscape and to drive innovation in companies thus powering India’s progress. Also, I am currently collaborating with Kalyana Karnataka Region Development Board to develop and implement employment strategies for the Kalayana Karnataka Region.
